Terms of service
These terms cover hervanguard.com, the Life Portrait, and anything you buy from us. Using the site means you accept them.
Her Vanguard is a trading name of Sawary Trading LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means you.

1. What we are
We offer coaching and personal development for women. We are not therapists, doctors, dietitians, lawyers, or financial advisers, and nothing here is therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. You need to be 18
The site, the Life Portrait, and everything we sell are for adults. Don't use them if you're under 18.
3. The Life Portrait
The Life Portrait is free. It describes patterns in the answers you give. It doesn't diagnose anything, it isn't a clinical instrument, and its results aren't a professional opinion about you.
It's a snapshot of how you answered on one day. Answer differently next month and you'll get a different portrait, which is the point of it rather than a flaw in it.
Your answers include information about your mental and physical health. How we handle that is set out in our consumer health data policy, and we ask for your consent before you start.
4. What you buy, and what you can do with it
Our products are digital: a workbook, audio lessons, and a series of emails. Buying one gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself, for as long as we operate.
You may print it, write in it, and keep your copy.
You may not resell it, share it, upload it anywhere, teach from it, or use it to build a competing product. It's ours, and it stays ours.
One product runs at a time. If you buy a second while the first is still running, we hold it until you finish. You can ask us to release it early.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card details.
Prices change sometimes. A change never affects something you've already bought.
6. Refunds
7 days, no questions asked. The detail is on the refunds page and it's part of these terms.
7. Your account
The members area signs you in with a link sent to your email, so there's no password to lose. Anyone with access to your inbox can get into your account — that's worth knowing if you share a device or an email address.
Tell us if you think someone else is in your account and we'll close it and reissue.
8. Email
Buying something signs you up to that product's emails, because the emails are part of the product. You can stop them at any time and keep your access; the pages stay in the members area.
Marketing email is separate and always opt-in. Unsubscribing from it never affects anything you've paid for. We keep those on separate systems deliberately.
9. What we don't promise
We don't promise you any particular outcome. Coaching works when you do the work, and we can't do that part.
Nobody can guarantee a result from personal development, and anyone who does is selling you something. We do promise the work is specific, the assessment is honest, and you always leave knowing your next step.
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and accurate, and we can't promise it's never down or never wrong.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Where we are liable, that liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this section says.
11. Ending it
You can stop using the site whenever you like, and ask us to close your account and delete your data.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly sections 4 and 12. If we close yours and you haven't broken anything, we refund what you paid for anything you can no longer reach.
12. Behavior
Don't attack the site, scrape it, or try to reach data that isn't yours. Don't use anything you buy to harass anyone.
13. Our content
Everything on the site and in the products — words, workbooks, audio, the Life Portrait's questions and scoring, the brand, the logo — belongs to us or is licensed to us. Your answers belong to you; see the privacy policy.
14. Changes
We update these terms sometimes. The date at the top tells you when. If a change matters, we'll email anyone with an account before it takes effect.
Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it. If you don't, stop using the site and ask for a refund if you're inside your 7 days.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Wyoming.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, this doesn't remove your right to the protections and courts of the country you live in.

16. Odds and ends
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Not enforcing something once doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.
These terms, plus the privacy policy, consumer health data policy, refund policy, and disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us.
